Your Right to Cancel

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason.

Hygiene Exception

Because AERUX nasal strips are a sealed personal-care product, for hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on any pack once the seal has been opened or broken, unless the product is faulty or damaged. This does not affect your statutory rights regarding faulty goods.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us at support@theaerux.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage.

Unopened Returns

If your pack is unopened and unused, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Contact support@theaerux.com to arrange this. Return postage is at your own cost unless the item is faulty.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days back to your original payment method.
