Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
Processing Time
Every order is processed and dispatched within 1 business day of purchase (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Orders placed on a weekend or bank holiday are processed the next working day.
Delivery Time
Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 2-4 business days. Delivery times are estimates provided by our courier and are not guaranteed, occasional delays can happen outside our control (weather, courier disruption, high demand periods).
Shipping Cost
Shipping is free on all UK orders, no minimum spend required.
Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. If you haven't received tracking within 2 business days of ordering, check your spam folder or contact us.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you spot an error after ordering, email us immediately at support@theaerux.com and we'll do our best to correct it before dispatch.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive at all within a reasonable time of the estimated delivery window, contact support@theaerux.com with your order number and we'll sort it out, a replacement or a refund.
